 
        
        GFA Client Services Executive: Join our team and make a difference! 
Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting the emotional wellbeing of 
expectant and recent parents. Our Client Services Executives look after day-to-day Gidget House operations and 
clinical administration needs. In this role, you will be responsible for: 
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, clinicians, our community, and the public 
- Maintaining accurate client records, files, and forms through our practice management software 
- Managing clinical diaries and booking appointments according to client and clinician needs 
- A wide variety of day-to-day admin tasks as required

About you: 
While no direct experience in psychology practice is required, our Client Services Executives are first and 
foremost administration professionals, and previous admin experience/skills will be highly regarded. 
You will have (or be willing to gain): 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or MacOS equivalent programs 
- Strong computer literacy 
- The ability to work well as part of a team 
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
