Tesla is looking for a Body Repair Operations Lead to join our growing Global Tesla Authorized Body Shop Program and support internal body repair operations across Australia and New Zealand. You'll have the opportunity to work with the world's most progressive vehicle brand. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Body Repair Program and is based in Melbourne, Australia. What you'll do

* Lead the strategy and growth of the global Tesla Approved Body Shop network
* Facilitate and guide body shops through the onboarding process
* Ensure all approved third-party shops are compliant with Tesla's general terms and conditions
* Assist network body shops in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, time, and cost
* Manage the field ticketing system to triage and resolve concerns raised by third-party partners
* Ensure programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in alignment with Tesla's objectives and those of the Service Operations Manager to whom this position reports
* Support the internal body repair program during the implementation of new processes, tools, or systems
* Perform other related duties as assigned to support the broader operations team

What you'll bring

* Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent work or educational experience
* 3–5 years of Automotive management or Direct Repair Insurance Program management (preferred)
* 3+ years of managing key relationships (preferred) Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Proficient problem solver with a proven track record of using structured strategies to overcome complex obstacles
* Independent problem solver capable of developing scalable solutions
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs
* Familiarity with all body shop equipment (structural, non-structural, mechanical, and paint) as well as body shop industry standards and operations preferred
* Proficient in both written and spoken English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Valid passport
* Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed to support business requirements
