* Bidirectional collaboration with customers to identify business outcomes and drive transformative projects involving technology strategy, migration, modernisation, data, and AI.
* Maintaining strong relationships with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Developing proposals that define business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and securing customer sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Leading business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements.
* Cultivating partnerships with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to ensure a coordinated approach for key accounts.
* Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure delivery of agreed customer business outcomes and maximizing revenue potential.
* Elevating customer satisfaction while balancing AWS business objectives.
