Role: Admin and Customer Support Representative – 12-month Fixed Term
Location: Hamilton, Brisbane
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Super (depending on experience)

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton Brisbane to coordinate road freight and manage inventory for the Animal Nutrition business.
In this role, you'll contribute by:
* Providing an exceptional customer experience to GrainCorp's Animal Nutrition customers and suppliers through effective logistics coordination, inventory management and transaction entry
* Delivering effective communication, teamwork, transaction execution and cross skilling with multiple stakeholders
* Offering a seamless customer service experience by always providing a prompt response, problem solving any queries effectively to ensure accurate resolution and execution of logistics movements.
About your experience
Candidates will have some prior experience in a logistics role dealing with road freight or a degree in business logistics. Candidates will also display:
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* High level of accuracy and accountability
* Experience working with customers/suppliers and sound communication skills
* Knowledge of SAP or AGTech highly desirable but training with be offered
