Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success.

This role requires confident communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, ideally with experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field.
Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience will assist you to navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
