Key Responsibilities:

* To provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients in a Surgical Ward setting
* To work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* To develop and maintain expertise in evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised patient care
* To supervise and mentor ENs and AINs and students on clinical placement
* To gain valuable rural & remote nursing experience
