Overview
Universal Store is hiring Seasonal Store Team Members for Christmas trade. Positions are casual and available across multiple locations in Australia, with work availability from October 2025 to February 2026.
Locations include: Upper Mt Gravatt (Garden City), Casuarina (Darwin), Robina, Maroochydore (Sunshine Plaza), Aitkenvale (Townsville), Brisbane Airport (DFO Brisbane), and many more spanning QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT. Responsibilities
- Deliver highly customer-service oriented support to shoppers on the shop floor and in-store areas.
- Engage with customers, build rapport, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in daily store operations as needed, including stock handling and shelf presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals during peak Christmas trade.
