The Opportunity
This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Richmond Head office.

- Experience using NetSuite is highly desirable.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Managing the customer order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently;
- Provide support to our sales team by preparing proposals and generating contracts for new and existing customers using DocuSign;
- Management of internal assets and registration via Personal Property Securities Register;
- Ecommerce management, from customer service to supporting our marketing team with updating our product offering;
- Educate the customer on company products and promotions, providing product advice and recommendations;
- Liaise with our sales, production, and warehouse teams; providing relevant information for fulfilment of customer orders/enquiries;
- Provide effective communication with customers (internally & externally) and freight partners;
- Review processes and systems within your remit, and develop proactive improvement solutions
- Other ad-hoc projects and administrative duties.
