**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate rigging activities within the electrical construction team
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to determine rigging requirements
Determine appropriate rigging methods and equipment for specific construction tasks
Use rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads, including electrical equipment, generators, and transformers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Communicate with other team members to coordinate work activities
Perform routine maintenance on rigging equipment to ensure it is secure and functional
**Requirements**:
Basic Rigging Ticket
Must hold a Rescue From Heights certificate
Current Working at Height ticket
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
