We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored psychological or physical supports to facilitate their recovery.
This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own day while receiving support from a strong team of driven healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop injury prevention programs;
* Provide holistic support to clients, including conducting assessments and developing injury prevention programs;
* Work collaboratively with employers and employees to achieve positive outcomes;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;
* General or Provisional AHPRA registration or Full ASORC Membership;
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent time management and organizational skills;
* Empathy and genuine compassion, patience, and resilience;
* A current Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
