Salary: $77,437 (level 5) + 14.5 % superannuation.

About the Role
The Senior Administration Officer will provide administrative support to all operations of the School, supporting the School leadership team under the direction of the National Administration Team Leader.
The position reports to the Administration Team Leader located at the Fremantle campus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, working with the national administration team.
Assist in day-to-day operations including facilities, equipment coordination, general purchasing and invoicing, contract and staffing processing, maintaining financial records and processing payments.
Support course/program coordinators, including managing course completions and graduation, timetabling, documentation, correspondence, presentation and reporting, and meeting minutes.
Assist in reviewing and updating student enrolment and program activities and act as a liaison between academic and sessional lecturers and central administration units.
Provide on-the-job training, handovers and advice to other team members on University processes and systems.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Completion of a degree or advanced diploma (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
Solid experience in an administration work environment.
High level of computer literacy and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to act with discretion, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills, producing clear, concise documents.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, flexible and able to respond to changing priorities.
