**Administration Officer
- Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service/ Complex Geriatric Clinic**

**About the Role**
Grampians Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to support the Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) and the Complex Geriatric Clinic (CGC). This dual-service role is essential in ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to older adults in our community.
**About the Services**:
- **CDAMS** is a specialist diagnostic service providing assessment and support for individuals experiencing memory loss or changes in thinking, along with their families and carers.
- **CGC** delivers comprehensive geriatric assessments for people aged 65 years and over who have complex medical or functional needs.
**Key responsibilities**
Coordination of CGC and CDAMS clinics, scheduling and maintaining appointment
- s Attend to data collection and administration auditing requirement
- s Provide a high standard of administrative suppor
- t Contribute to service improvement and admin efficienc
- y Accurate data entry into required software systems**Skills and Experience**
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and health information system
- s Well-developed inter-personal and customer service skill
- s Demonstrated efficiency and accuracy with administrative task
- s Ability to prioritise under pressure and adapt to changing need
- s Qualification in Business administration ( highly desirable
