Role Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day library branch operations, oversee program and service delivery, and monitor the quality and effectiveness of library services at the branch within budget and policy. As leader of the Promotions and Online Engagement team, promote library services, programs and resources through established communication channels and networks, actively seek new channels to reach new audiences and potential partners, and oversee regular planning and production schedules to prepare the library's events calendar and ensure timely communications across print and digital distribution channels.
Work regular customer service shifts.
