**Your Role**:
As the Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverages, you'll be at the helm of the culinary and hospitality but as well of the general hotel operations. Drawing on your expertise from branded and larger hotel chains, you'll bring a keen eye for quality control and coordination to all our F&B outlets and revenue centres. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our diverse F&B establishments, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.**:
- **Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures to uphold the esteemed reputation.**:
- **Driving revenue growth through strategic planning, innovative promotions, and effective cost control measures.**:

- **Mentoring and motivating a talented team of F&B professionals to achieve excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.**
**Requirements**:
**To thrive in this role, you'll need**:
A proven track record in F&B management within branded hotel environments, preferably with experience at esteemed chains like Accor or Marriott.
Demonstrated expertise in managing larger F&B operations, with a clear focus on quality control and coordination across multiple outlets.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
