About the Role
Work closely with one Property Manager to manage a state‑wide portfolio of sites by:
* Logging, actioning and completing tenant work requests including liaising with contractors and organising quotes
* Processing external invoices for payment
* Preparing monthly management and financial reports for our clients
* Assisting with annual budgets for the properties and business plans
* Actioning rent reviews, debt collection and lease management.
About You
* Licenced property manager or desire to obtain in the future - we will pay for it
* Experience in a retail property management or a similar role
* Ability to handle pressure and manage hard deadlines
* Advanced Microsoft experience, eye for detail and ability to communicate effectively
* Great sense of humour
