About the Role
As the Head of Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind our business efficiency, responsible for ensuring smooth, scalable, and sustainable operations. You will oversee resource planning, lead the development and implementation of business systems and workflows, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across all teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead company-wide resourcing and capacity planning
- Oversee and optimize business systems and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Design, implement, and refine frameworks and processes for consistent, high-quality project and function delivery
- Manage risk mitigation strategies across operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance across the business
- Support operational maturity and sustainable growth by aligning systems, people, and processes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in operations management, business systems, and resource planning
- Strong project management and process improvement skills (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
