Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing training and education to residential employees
* Assessing and addressing development needs of staff
* Coordinating all training within the residential care facility
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care or acute care environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
