Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to the team and oversee the care of 85 residents a t Belmont Grange. Yo u will support in managing employee performance and continue to develop and retain quality staff. With your outstanding clinical knowledge, you will drive and ensure the high standard of care is maintained.

* Excellent knowledge of care planning, funding, and accreditation processes
* Current AHPRA registration
