About the Role
We're currently seeking a
Workforce Planning SME
to support the delivery of Crown's
Workforce Transformation Program
. This is a 4-month Max Term Contract opportunity that offers a unique chance to contribute and support with transformation across our Melbourne property, helping to embed new workforce models, systems, and practices that align with Crown's broader transformation goals.
Reporting to the
Head of Workforce Management
, you'll work across multiple streams to support user training, testing, and change enablement. You'll develop into a subject matter expert (SME) in workforce planning and play a key role in operationalising new systems and ways of working.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting the rollout of workforce transformation initiatives across business units
Participating in property working groups and collaborating with change champions
Shadowing workforce planning leads to build SME capability
Providing technical support for rostering, scheduling, and forecasting
Operating a support hotline and assisting with peak rostering periods
Supporting change management activities including stakeholder engagement and training
Assisting with documentation, SOPs, and process mapping
Building relationships across P&C;, Operations, Finance, and IT
About You
You're adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn. You bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving systems and processes. You're confident working in a project environment and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll bring:
Exposure to workforce planning, scheduling, or operational analytics
Experience supporting transformation or change programs (preferred)
Familiarity with rostering systems and workforce metrics
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Organisational Development, or Project Management (desirable but not essential)
