About This Role
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across the Respiratory Outpatients Department and Metro South Clinical Tuberculosis Service. You will lead a skilled nursing workforce, oversee service delivery, and drive quality, safety and performance outcomes while ensuring exceptional patient‐centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing advanced nursing leadership and clinical governance
