**Educational Leader - Noarlunga Downs****Key Responsibilities:****Educational Leader*** Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of **collaboration** and **continuous improvement**.
* Guide the development, planning, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**.
* Build strong relationships with families, children, and external agencies to enhance the learning environment.
**Essential Qualifications:*** **For Educational Leader role**: **Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education**, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA.
* **A current Working With Children Check** or the ability to obtain one.
* **First Aid Certificate**, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
**Essential Skills & Attributes:*** A strong understanding of the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**.
* Proven ability to **plan, implement, and evaluate** high-quality educational programs tailored to individual children's needs.
* Leadership skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of educators (Educational Leader).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
* A commitment to professional growth and reflection.
**Desirable Skills & Knowledge:*** Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within Early Childhood settings (Educational Leader).
* Experience working in a service that caters to diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
* Familiarity with **Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations**.
