About the Role:
Working under the direction of the Training Coordinator, our Administration Officer role involves a range of Student Liaison Services, including providing timely support to students regarding their training needs, assisting with enrolment queries, and ensuring clear communication of program details, are a key focus, while maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective feedback channels to promote a positive training experience. This role will support both the training team and the wider business, and maintaining general office duties.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Student liaison services
* Provide administrative support for training-related tasks, including managing databases, processing requests, and filing documents.
* Handle correspondence related to training programs via email and phone.
* Assist with project coordination to ensure agreed timelines are met.
* Order and manage office consumables.
* Liaise with vendors on projects, providing regular progress updates.
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to improve efficiency.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethical behaviour, and professionalism.
* Office duties, including monitoring training rooms, office supplies, and consumables.
ABOUT YOU:
* Experience using aXcelerate or similar Student Management System highly desirable.
* Ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders.
* Previous experience in a similar training/administrative role.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
* Solid understanding of technology and ability to adapt to new systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
