We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence team in our Myer Canberra concession store, working across both Womenswear and Menswear.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster. No late nights.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail
* Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory
* Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's
* Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills
* Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base
* Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers
* An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
* A huge passion for fashion
* Solid leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team
