A Canberra-based recruitment agency is looking for a
Junior SharePoint Administrator Engineer with existing
clearance for a federal government client.
Jod details:
Provide operational support for the Department's SharePoint Online (SPO) workplace by managing BAU requests, maintaining compliance with our approved configuration model, and assisting with ongoing improvements to the Digital Workspaces platform. The role will work closely with the existing SharePoint Administrator and the Digital Workspaces team to ensure timely resolution of tickets, governance adherence, and a positive user experience.
MUST HAVE
SharePoint Online Fundamentals:
Understanding of how to configure and administer SharePoint Online components
Microsoft 365 Ecosystem:
Familiarity with integrated services like Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Troubleshooting:
Ability to identify and resolve common SharePoint Online-related issues.
Communication:
Effectively communicating with end-users to resolve support tickets and providing clear team communication.
ITSM Tools:
Experience using enterprise incident management and ticketing systems.
