* $25.86 per hour + 25% casual loading

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Catering Assistant to join our busy kitchen team in Brisbane casual pool. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great food and service.
The Position:
* Assist with daily food preparation and service
* Provide welcoming and efficient hospitality service in dining facilities
* Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other fresh menu items
* Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
* Support kitchen operations in high-volume periods
* Manage stock and minimise waste
Location
This role supports multiple sites across:
Brisbane | Sunshine Coast |Gold Coast | Ipswich | Toowoomba
Ability to travel to multiple sites (either public or own transport)
The Person:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Catering Assistant or in a similar role
* Experience in high-volume catering environments
* Must hold or be able to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
* Good food preparation and presentation skills
* Intermediate knowledge of food safety and food handling
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
