We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team between Yatala and Sumner Park. This is a hands-on role where no two days will look the same - from supplier and contract management to monitoring deliveries and accounts, you'll have a hand in every part of the process.

What You'll Do:
* Reporting into the Sales Manager
* Manage contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.
* Coordinate materials, resources, schedules, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
* Oversee accounts: invoicing, purchase orders, payables/receivables, supplier accounts, and debtor follow-up.
* Prepare cashflow forecasts, budgets, and monthly summaries.
* Maintain compliance records (insurance, registrations, licences).
* Build strong client and supplier relationships by:
* Acting as a trusted, responsive contact building strong client and supplier relationships.
* Resolving issues proactively and keeping projects on track and developing long-term, value-driven partnerships.
* Support innovation and growth by:
* Researching new technologies and identifying process improvements and efficiency gains.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in project coordination, contracts administration, or a similar role (construction, engineering, or equipment hire experience is a plus).
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to ERP/CRM systems beneficial.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A commercial mindset - confident in contracts, accounts, and supplier dealings.
* A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
* Curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with the drive to take on increasing responsibility and make an impact.
* Proactive and excited to grow, developing skills in leadership, business management, and sales.
* Build a clear pathway into leadership roles within operations, sales, or project management.
