About the Position
* You will be responsible for leading regional teams across WA, NT, SA, and potentially Singapore, focusing on regional execution of plans and maintaining high teammate and client satisfaction.
* Your key performance areas include executing regional business unit plans, including Go-to-Market strategies, sales, and marketing initiatives, as well as insight-driven management of daily finances, such as costs, team remuneration, chargeability, and utilization.
Main Responsibilities
* Contribute to and execute regional capacity planning, ensuring suitable workforce alignment with demand forecasting across projects.
* Maintain vendor relationships, participate in pre-sales activities, and leverage personal branding to execute marketing and sales strategies within conferences and User Group participation.
