We are seeking a talented and driven retail professional to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets.
* Drive sales growth by inspiring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
* Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation to maintain a high level of store appearance.
* Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering to optimize productivity.
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.
You will work closely with the store manager to implement strategies that drive business results and improve customer experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role.
* A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills.
