Paradise Resort Gold Coast are on the lookout for a talented and friendly Reservations Sales Agent. This is a role within our Reservations team to provide our guests with exceptional service both online and over the phone. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic team environment and loves building rapport with our guests.
In this role, you will possess the following abilities:
* Passionate about exceptional customer service.
* Communicate positively with guests via online messaging, emails, and on the phone.
* Handling a large volume of phone calls and emails daily.
* Utilising upselling techniques to drive bookings.
* Resolving guest complaints and concerns.
* Provide a prompt response to all guest enquiries and requests, communicating relevant information to other departments where necessary.
* Possess the ability to handle the pressure of a very busy Resort, whilst having the confidence to make decisions and prioritise tasks.
* Maintaining professionalism & accuracy with information during reservation.
* Confident, supportive & ambitious team player.
* Ability to work a rotating roster, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in customer service & sales (highly desirable)
* Experience working with a property management system or booking platform
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
* Ability to communicate effectively over emails, online messaging, and phone
* Possess excellent communication & problem-solving skills
