On behalf of our client, a world leading integrated energy company, we are seeking for a Wellsite Representative to work at Barrow Island.
This position supports the Lead Wellsite Representative on Barrow Island and will be responsible for the data management of the planning and execution of well operations as the documentation of the executed operations into well systems of record.
The Wellsite Representative is also expected to coordinate and supervise rig operations, riglessslickline, rigless well bullheading and circulations, fluids and equipment management, as well as overseeing offline well support operations.
**About this role**
- Daily liaisons with the Wells Engineering team (office based) for the planning of well operations and equipment/inventory management.
- Coordinates the input of well planning documentation (approved well programmes, well operations plans) into ForeSite to generate a ForeSite Well Service Sheet, with the associated work order numbers for accurate time & cost allocation.
- Coordinates the input of the actual executed well operations (tour reports, pressure test data) into ForeSite to close out the Well Service Sheet.
- Responsible for accurately keeping the well data in ForeSite after the well operations are completed - updated well schematic, accurate completion strings showing all components, input of any particular fluid or wellbore conditions of note into ForeSite Sticky Notes.
- Tracking inventory of stock and non-stock items and communicating to Wells Engineers and Materials & Logistics Specialists when stocks need to be replenished.
- Coordination of in-field logistics with field logistics teams to ensure arriving materials/equipment are properly and safely stored in correct places, with the inventory management systems tracked.
- Work under the direction of the Lead Wellsite Representative to coordinate and supervise:o Offline fluids preparation and fluids movement to wellsiteso Offline well circulations or well killso Offline wellhead maintenance (repairing lock down screws, wellhead valves, rod BOP and stuffingboxes)o Offline slickline operations
**About you**
- Well control certification
- Proficient in: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe pdf documents, WellView, ForeSite, JDE.
- Strong data management skills and attention to detail
- 10-20 years oil & gas land wells experience, with knowledge of land rigs, workover and P&A operations.
- Prior Barrow Island experience is preferred.?
- Experience in wellsite supervisory roles supervising land well operations (interventions, workovers and/or plug & abandonment).
