We're on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Receptionist who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of admin duties.
This full-time, office-based role offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with a respected leadership team who truly values great support.
About the RoleThis role is more than just front desk – you'll be a central support across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism as first point of contact.
Manage reception and switchboard, greet visitors, and coordinate sign-ins.
Oversee meeting rooms, catering, and event set-up.
Support HR and People & Culture with onboarding, induction packs, and admin.
Coordinate supplies, couriers, and general office operations.
Assist with internal events, communications, and staff engagement.
Provide general admin support across teams including finance and leadership.
About You You're efficient, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
