We're seeking a reliable Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide a mix of remote and onsite support. You’ll resolve escalated issues, assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2 support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits
* Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues
* Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
* Administer users, groups, and MFA in Azure AD
* Perform onsite work: setups, troubleshooting, and small projects
* Log all work in PSA (HaloPSA) and IT Glue
* Apply updates, monitor systems, and support patching
* Troubleshoot basic networking and VPN issues
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
* Maintain clear and professional client communication
Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years in IT support, ideally MSP experience
* Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, and Azure AD
* Confident working independently onsite
* Familiar with PSA/RMM tools (e.g. HaloPSA, NinjaOne)
* Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP networking
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
* Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102)
* Experience with Defender, Bitdefender, or similar tools
* Exposure to PowerShell or automation platforms (e.g. ImmyBot)
* Knowledge of backups, file migrations, or server basics
