About the Role
This role sits within a central transformation function and is responsible for providing high‐level advisory support to enable enterprise‐wide change initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross‐functional teams to guide the design and delivery of transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and measurable outcomes. The position combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, requiring you to develop frameworks, provide structured advisory, and translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives. A key focus of the role is strengthening organisational capability in change, improvement, and innovation while ensuring transformation programs are scalable, sustainable, and embedded effectively. You will also play a key role in shaping how transformation is governed, measured and continuously improved, contributing to long‐term organisational performance and resilience.

* Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation Advisory – $1,000 to $1,100/day + super
* Location: Macquarie Park

* Hours: Up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
* Notice Period: 1 week

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and alignment of transformation initiatives with enterprise strategy, ensuring clear outcomes and performance measures
* Design and implement transformation frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits to support consistent delivery across business units
* Provide strategic advisory services to senior stakeholders on change, business improvement, and operating model uplift
* Conduct research, benchmarking and environmental scanning to identify trends, opportunities and best practice approaches
* Translate insights and business needs into structured transformation roadmaps and practical implementation plans
* Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to drive alignment, collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes
* Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder engagements to define priorities and shape solutions
* Support the development of business cases, governance artefacts and executive‐level reporting
* Monitor program performance, track benefits realisation and identify opportunities for optimisation
* Guide teams on change management approaches, stakeholder engagement and capability uplift
* Apply structured problem‐solving techniques such as hypothesis‐led thinking and analytical frameworks
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation and experimentation across the organisation
* Ensure transformation initiatives align with governance, risk, compliance and assurance requirements
* Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and decision‐making processes across transformation programs
About You
* Proven experience in enterprise transformation, business improvement, strategy execution or internal consulting
* Strong understanding of change management, continuous improvement and transformation methodologies
* Experience working in large, complex organisations such as government, infrastructure, transport or regulated industries
* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities and drive alignment
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, including experience with structured methodologies and data‐driven decision making
* Experience in developing business cases, frameworks, governance processes and transformation strategies
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
* Experience facilitating workshops and leading cross‐functional collaboration
* Familiarity with Agile, Lean or similar delivery and improvement methodologies
* Tertiary qualifications in business, management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Desirable certifications such as Prosci, PRINCE2, Agile or Lean Six Sigma
