Key Responsibilities:
 1. Design, implement, assess, and evaluate education programs to meet strategic priorities of the Nursing and Midwifery workforce.
 2. Foster research, implement evidenced-based knowledge, and promote person-centred care within the Practice Development framework.
Requirements:
 * High-level knowledge, skills, and clinical expertise with the ability to lead nursing practice through Practice Development principles.
 * Facilitation skills, learning, and evaluation strategies in the clinical context, furthering the development of a person-centred culture.
 * Sound knowledge of contemporary education, health, and professional development issues impacting the nursing workforce.
Eligibility Criteria:
 * Successful applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
 * Desirable criteria include postgraduate qualifications in education and/or clinical teaching and learning.
