About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Manager to lead the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a respected private hospital in Adelaide.
In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for the operational and clinical management of the ICU – overseeing staffing, workflow, and patient care standards to ensure excellence in every aspect of service delivery. Working closely with the Medical Director and senior nursing leadership team, you'll drive a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum or senior leadership
Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (essential)
Proven ability to lead and mentor a clinical team within a complex environment
Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and quality systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Forward-thinking approach to service delivery and team development
