I am currently recruiting for several Management Accountant positions across Perth. These roles include both contract opportunities and temporary-to-permanent pathways with organisations in a range of sectors.
About the Roles
Responsibilities will vary depending on the organisation but typically include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports
* Conducting variance analysis and providing meaningful commentary
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Developing rolling forecasts and contributing to FP&A activities
* Performing scenario analysis and identifying financial risks and opportunities
* Tracking costs and project expenditure, including margin and profitability analysis
* Partnering with operational teams to provide commercial insights
* Assisting with month‐end journals, reconciliations, and process improvements
* Contributing to system enhancements and reporting optimisation
Ideal candidate
* Experience in a Management Accountant role
* CPA/CA qualified or working towards it (preferred)
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
* Availability to commence at short notice
* Full Australian working rights and located in Perth, WA
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
