The Opportunity
As Senior Quality Systems Lead, you will take ownership of reviewing current quality management tools, systems, and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement across the business.
You will work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to implement practical enhancements, improve compliance outcomes, and embed a strong quality culture across projects and corporate functions.
The Role
* Review and assess current quality systems, tools, and processes for suitability
* Lead improvements to quality management frameworks and operational systems
* Engage Project Managers and delivery teams to identify root causes of quality issues
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives
* Drive compliance with quality standards, procedures, and governance requirements
* Lead internal audits, inspections, and assurance activities
* Support portfolio, program, and project delivery teams with quality advice
* Ensure non-conformances are identified, investigated, and closed out effectively
* Track actions to completion and report outcomes to senior leadership
* Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
About You
* Proven experience in a senior quality systems, assurance, or compliance role
* Background within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project delivery environments
* Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes
* Demonstrated ability to train teams and facilitate workshops
* Experience identifying root causes and implementing process improvements
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive levels
* Clear communication, leadership, and influencing capability
* A practical, solutions-focused approach to systems improvement
