Office Professional Role
This is a part-time position, working Thursdays and Fridays.
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic professional to manage our administrative team's day-to-day activities.
The role involves a blend of reception and office administration duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone inquiries and emails, coordinating appointments and meetings, preparing and distributing reports, and assisting with billing and invoicing.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, data entry of client details, fund checks, and retrieval of client files and reports.
We require the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, collaborating with hospital staff, clients, patients, and their families. You must possess strong customer service skills and be capable of multitasking under pressure.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as empathy and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and have excellent attention to detail.
