Fixed-Term contract until Sep **** with access to Ventia employee benefits program About the Project Supporting Seqwater, Ventia deliver preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical and instrumental services across its water network.
Servicing across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams About the Role We are currently looking for the below crew members, to support the project in improving accurate asset inventory to allow better planning, maintenance and management of resources across the project: Mechanical Tradespeople (Fitter and Turner or equivalent), and/or Boilermaker with sound mechanical knowledge Key duties include but are not limited to: Daily inspections: conducting a thorough assessment of Seqwater's current asset data and identifying gaps and inconsistencies which could include: Pressure vessels, valves, actuators, lifting equipment, safety showers, etc.
Utilising Ipads on Ventia's customized platform, Novus, for real-time data entry, validation, and cloud storag Due to the large geography we cover, sites can vary from being close to home upto 3hrs away.
