Job Title: Part-Time Professional Organizing Assistant

Status: Part-Time, Hourly

Schedule: Flexible – Weekdays and Some Weekends (as needed)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and energetic Professional Organizing Assistance to join our team on a part-time basis with possiblity of full time. This role involves supporting the Lead Organizer in various organizing projects for clients, helping to implement and maintain functional organizing systems in residential and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with organizing, decluttering, categorizing, and labeling items in clients' homes or workspaces
* Support the Lead Organizer with setting up systems for kitchens, closets, home offices, garages, playrooms, and other areas
* Help sort donations, trash, and items to keep based on client direction
* Clean and prepare organizing zones before and after sessions
* Carry and transport supplies, bins, and organizing products as needed
* Maintain a positive, respectful, and non-judgmental attitude while interacting with clients
* Follow company procedures for project documentation, confidentiality, and professionalism
* Occasionally run errands or shop for organizing supplies as directed
* Keep client areas tidy and organized throughout the session
* Provide input and suggestions to enhance project flow and client experience

Qualifications:

* Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and function
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* High level of integrity and confidentiality
* Ability to work in a variety of client environments, including homes with pets, children, or sensitive situations
* Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
* Familiarity with home organizing tools and methods is a plus
* Prior experience in professional organizing, interior design, or customer service is helpful but not required

Schedule and Compensation:

* Part-time position with flexible hours (average 10–20 hours/week)
* Hourly pay based on experience and performance
