Job Description:

The Infrastructure Systems Team supports the delivery of high-quality ICT services across SAPOL, through the provision of infrastructure and communication platforms. The team is responsible for driving the evolution of ICT capability, through the delivery of change programs.

Key Responsibilities:
\

1. Provide specialist technical expertise and guidance within the team;
\
2. Deliver and support a diverse range of environments including Windows servers, VMware environments, High Availability technologies, Virtual Desktop technologies, Remote Access solutions, Active Directory environments amongst other technologies;
\
3. Maintain and manage existing infrastructure and provide expert advice and services to projects where new or enhanced infrastructure is required.
\
4. Collaborate with Security and other teams to ensure a secure reliable infrastructure.
\
5. Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to provide infrastructure services.
\
6. Participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
\
7. Be subject to a criminal history check.
\
8. Hold a current Australian work eligibility status.
\
9. Be prepared to perform out of hours work and intra/interstate travel.
\
10. Assist with other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
\
