In October 2024, we opened our beautiful Early Learning Centre in a lovingly restored heritage building on McKillop Street in the heart of Geelong. With strong enrolments, a thriving community, and a stable, passionate team, we're now looking for a Full-Time Educator to join our Kindergarten Room.

**We are primarily recruiting for this full-time Kindergarten Room position, however we also have casual opportunities available across the centre for educators seeking flexibility while still being part of a consistent and supportive team environment.
What we're looking for
You will bring:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
* Experience in long day care (highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
* Current Working with Children Check
* First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine passion for creating calm, engaging, child-led learning environments
