About the role Achieve Group are seeking experienced Concreters/Form workers for various roles across North Queensland. Key Duties • Understanding of the processes involved in concreting and formwork • Able to undertake a number of manual handling/labouring duties • Assisting with ground preparation including structures / formwork and use of star pickets • Capable of following general safe practices in accordance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act • Willing to work outdoors for extended periods of time Skills & Attributes • Previous experience working in the concreting industry • Experience in Formwork/Steel fixing (desirable) • White/Blue Construction card • Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively and professionally engage with others • Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks • An honest and reliable work ethic • Able to work in a fast paced environment • Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment • Be physically fit and able to carry out heavy labouring duties If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' and if you have any additional questions call on 1300 129 732.
