Finance Business Partner Airswift is partnering with a leading energy and resources operator to appoint aFinance Business Partnerto support operational stakeholders with cost management, forecasting and financial insights.This role works closely with Operations to strengthen budget owner capability, improve cost visibility and support informed decision-making across the business.Key responsibilitiesProvide day-to-day finance business partnering support to Operations stakeholdersPrepare and manage monthly accruals in collaboration with scope and budget ownersDeliver timely, accurate and reliable financial reports with clear variance analysis and commentarySupport annual budget and forecast cycles, including ongoing cost and efficiency challengesDevelop and maintain cost models to support forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysisAnalyse cost trends and deviations against budget or forecast expectationsManage financial master data, ensuring correct use of cost centres, WBS, work orders and cost elementsPrepare management presentations and submissions within required timeframesSupport audit activities and ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax requirementsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processesSkills & experienceDegree inAccounting(essential)CPA / CA / CIMAqualified or working towardsMinimum 3 years' post-graduate experiencein a finance or business partnering roleExperience inresources, energy or E&Penvironments preferredSAP experiencestrongly preferred (FI, CO, PS modules; exposure to MM, PM or BW advantageous)Strong analytical capability with high attention to detailConfident communicator able to influence and build relationships with non-finance stakeholdersPersonal attributesCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetWell organised with a structured approach to problem-solvingComfortable working across multiple priorities and adjusting to changing requirementsProactive and willing to contribute beyond core responsibilitiesAdditional informationInfrequent travel toDarwinmay be requiredRole is not safety criticalPermanent position based inPerth, WA#J-18808-Ljbffr
