Commercial Engineering Position
We are seeking a Commercial Engineer to strengthen our team in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be customer-oriented, and have a strong ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial international organization.
The primary role of this position is to identify customer values in the earliest possible sales phase and translate this into a winning technical solution/concept with the right balance between technology and competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales manager to define sales tactics and act accordingly.
* Responsible for organizing all commercial engineering deliverables throughout all sales phases.
* Involve technical experts to develop the best possible conceptual designs.
* Ability to work on various projects in various sales phases simultaneously.
* Lead an internal sales support team (procurement, planning, concept design, controls).
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or similar discipline).
* Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
