Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to successful completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing projects within timeframes and budgets.

* Manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
* Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across major and minor works with consistent delivery standards.
* Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules, tracking milestones to ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and client handover.
* Work with estimators and the Operations Manager to set and manage project budgets.
* Optimize resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
* Review and approve project-related timesheets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and correct leave/break management.
* Provide financial data and reports for internal analysis and leadership visibility.
* Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with contract terms.
* Lead and mentor site supervisors and project team leaders, offering support and motivation.
* Allocate teams according to skillsets, authorizations, and project requirements.
* Deliver thorough handovers from project planning to site leadership.
* Review internal designs for constructability and provide feedback.
* Maintain professional client communication, creating a positive project experience.
* Liaise with estimators, site leaders, and clients on project variations, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
* Elevate or mitigate project risks that impact budget, timelines, or safety.
* Track project progress and provide updates to key stakeholders.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specs and company standards.
* Collaborate with HSEQ teams to uphold safety and quality standards.
* Promote a safety-first culture among field teams and ensure safety procedures and documentation are completed thoroughly.
* Provide exceptional leadership to the project team and broader business, creating a motivating climate.
