Key Responsibilities
Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demos, proof of concept (POC) presentations, RFP responses, and business justification in a presales capacity.
Lead adoption and optimization of internal sales tools and business infrastructure.
Evangelize new product features and provide customer feedback to product management and engineering.
Collaborate with implementation and referral partners to promote and enable resell of Donesafe via presales engagements.
Maintain deep understanding of customers' businesses and technical environments.
Provide product and subject-matter leadership for HSI business areas and industry segments.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a customer-facing role.

Qualifications and Experience
Hands-on experience with an analytics-based system, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platform supporting business process automation, reporting, and data management.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Have
Technical background with sales/customer orientation (1+ years).
Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures.
Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure).
Specific experience in Safety Management (WHS) platforms.
Higher education qualification preferred.
