Position Overview
We are recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation at the Tasmanian Health Service – North (Launceston General Hospital). This is a permanent full‐time day worker position (with on‐call) of 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Provide evidence‐based physiotherapy care to cardiac and pulmonary patients in outpatient services.
* Lead clinical supervision, teaching and mentoring of emerging therapists and students.
* Co‐operate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
* Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Eligibility
* Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: $117,272 – $126,182, with a 12% superannuation contribution. Salary packaging includes up to $9,010 for living expenses and $2,650 for meal entertainment per FBT year, subject to eligibility.

Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025. Salary increases beyond $119,290 are subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
