Job Overview

Key Requirements
A registered nurse/midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience in palliative care is required.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Proven experience in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff.
* Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation, contemporary issues in healthcare, and quality improvement systems is necessary.
