Housekeeping Attendant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by delivering a high level of cleanliness and comfort in guest accommodation.
2. Maintain a flexible work schedule which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays.
3. Be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Able to work within a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
